keyringer software package provides Distributed secret management using GnuPG and Git, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install keyringer
keyringer is installed in your system.
Make ensure the keyringer package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep keyringer *
You will get with keyringer package name, version, architecture and description in a table
